I have many employees and any one of them might be in charge when a medium or high priority alarm goes off. Whom should I tell them to call?

Tell them they don’t need to call anybody.  When the alarm comes in, ECS Eclipse will call the site and ask the employee in charge to confirm the alarm condition.  We will then notify the site's designated responsible party for them and clear the alarm remotely if possible or advise them to dispatch maintenance to the site if necessary.  For those priority alarms we clear remotely, we will call the site back and confirm with the employee in charge that the alarm is cleared and all functions are back to normal.

If they do want to call us when they detect an alarm they can dial the ECS Eclipse office number 413-789-3530 and talk to a response management coordinator who are available 24 x 7 including all holidays.
