Inspection Management

As a result of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, periodic inspections ofunderground storage tanks (USTs) will be performed by the EnvironmentalProtection Agency (EPA) and/or state authorities. Additionally, manystates have implemented or strongly suggested self complianceinspections on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with the federallymandated periodic inspections. Eclipse is well aware of the challengethis may create for many UST owners and the potential of civilpenalties against UST owners who fail inspections. Eclipse hasexperienced personnel who manage UST compliance for tank owners andperform inspections on a regular basis. They know what to look for andprovide guidance for immediate resolution to keep our clients incompliance.
